I recently bought an Osmo Mobile, to be used with an iPhone X.

1. Using the DJI Go app, holding down the trigger and pushing the joystick, it was possible to zoom, but this only works once.
After that there was not the slightest response of the zoom function.

I tried the following several times

1.  iOS Settings > Bluetooth and tapped 'Forget this device' next to the OSMO
2. Unpair all other Bluetooth devices
3. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Force quit all open apps
4. Restart the iPhone X
5. Open Settings > Bluetooth
6. Enable bluetooth and tap to pair with the OSMO

but without success. Each time it becomes possible to make the zoom bar appear, but only once, after which it disappears.

Is this a known problem for which there is a solution?

2. I then tried the Filmic Pro app, with doesn't give access to the zoom function. But perhaps it could give the possibility to push the record button on the Osmo Mobile.
Up till now, I have not found a way to make it work.
