Hi!
I just received four deformed Mavic Pro Platinum low noise 8331 propellers and was trying to contact DJI online support.
However; online support is unavailable, evethough it is Wednesday 3:00PM (GMT+1) (see picture), with follow up message; "If you have any question, please send us an email through ". After filling in all the data in the online-email-form and clicking submit -> blue "SUBMIT" button has changed to "LOADING..." and it just stays like that for past 30 minutes and submits nothing...
So question is - how do one properly contact DJI support?
