Someone tell me the problem on the screen horizontal black stripe that sweeps, all is consistent I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 version 5.0 I  note the black bars and sweeps are not in the video?

Hi there @4pieds regarding with your concern I would suggest giving a try to use a different mobile device or try to borrow one just to isolate the issue and you can give a try as well to reinstall the App and also try to use the bottom port from the remote.

probably the phone or version of android running on it causing issues.    S4 is pretty old and unlike iOS devices android devices drop off like a rock (in terms of support)  with age..
