I've trying to find a thread that has the answer to my question but can't find any.  Is there any difference between the "advanced pro" and the "pro pluse"? Is the Phantom pro 4 advanced the same as the Phantom 4 pro +?  Thx, Joedrone

To my knowledge there is no P4 Advanced Pro.

The difference between the P4 Advanced and the Pro is that the Pro has infrared side sensors.  

[edit: And the Advanced doesn't have rear obstacle sensors]

For both types a + version is available. The + means the remote control comes with an integrated screen.

Go to the P4 Advanced FAQ and the 2nd question should make things clear for you.

I think you should be aware that the “side sensors” only work in tripod mode..

Side sensors only active in tripod mode as mentioned above, but also Beginner mode.
