Hi guys,

My drone was lost last week and later found in mud 10kms away, the mud was all over its boards etc which i successfully cleaned and brought back the drone to life, it can fly now and all the functions work ok so far except the Camera view on the phone which is totally blacked out, gimbal controls work perfectly, it records video as well but the result is all black.

Things i did to sort the issue but no benefit:

Reinstalled the DJI Go 4 app
Downgraded the firmware
Tried on a different phone
Removed the Camera lens, cleaned it and fixed again, no change...

So can anyone please guide what should i try now? I'm tired already trying to fix it.

Secondly, Obstacle avoidance and vertical sensors are also not working.

Looking forward to the help.
Regards

Hi, have you tried to reset the camera settings on your DJI Go 4 app?

Yes i did that too.

Hi, if it did crashed recently on a mud, then we suggest to send the aircraft for possible repairs of your camera. Here's the link on how to get the form for your online repair request . Online Repair Request

it did not crash but did a proper landing, so nothing was damaged.

It is difficult for me to ship the drone overseas so would be glad if i can get help here.

Is the camera in Manual or Auto? Put it in auto as this can also be caused by the exposure value being too low. Otherwise, it looks like you will need to send it back to DJI

Tried both manual and auto, reset the camera as well but all in vain.
