Hi all, i just recently received my i1. As need, a firmware update. The firmware failed and gives me a solid beep on each restart and power up.
It seems i had issues loading the new firmware.This failed firmware had cause ESC error to pop out on every attempt to unlock motors. I had
returned to my dealer to send back to DJI for a exchange. Just wondering how long turnaround will this process takes? Does anyone knows
whats the cause of this issue?

From the log you posted it would appear that you new Inspire has the latest firmware already installed. The last version 1.2.1.6 only addressed the intelligent flight battery with no changes to the aircraft firmware elements over 1.2.1.3. You need to start the update with each of your batteries fitted. It takes about 90 secs for each battery. The battery power light goes out during the update and you cannot do anything until it is completed.

I had only one battery to use at the moment. I dont have any spares. All the errors came from the same battery.

I can never fire up the motors due to the ESC status error. With or without microsd, the results are the same. I dont know if its a DOA case.
I had tried on a full 100% battery, the results are still fail.

My dealer picked up and have it shipped back to DJI today. This just an aweful experience for a first-timer
dji user, especially with the Inspire one.

If it's DOA most manafucturers send out a replacement and take the old one back, your now caught in the dreaded repair process.
Demand a replacement as  DOA

Already filled up the Return/ Exchange form. I cant deal directly with DJI becos i didnt buy directly from them. I had my dealer stepped in to help. His response from DJI was that they(DJI) will do the exchange from DJI side after running disgnostic test if error was not due to user fault.
