Hi there,

I have used my Phantom 4 for around 2 years now. I used it yesterday flew with no problems then charged it up overnight.

I have flown it today and straight after take off i get the error message low battery but the battery reads 100%.

When checking the cells in the app it appears cell # 4 is lower then the restr causing the low battery error?

Is there a way to fix this issue? or am i missing something all together?

Make sure baterry contacts are ok and clean

Hi nathkerr, please try to fully discharge the battery and charge to full again. If the error persists, you may replace it and dispose of the battery properly.

Sorry, I accidentally post the unfinished reply.
Did you powered battery in low temperature condition? The warning may appears because battery does not reach the ideal temperature. You can try to warm it first before take off next time. It is recommended to keep the battery temperature around 20 degrees centigrade.
But if the problem still exixt, I also recommend you to replace it. Hope this tip helps.
