Just installed the DJI Assistant 2, but I am unable to login as it is asking for a Verification Code?
Where do I go to find this code or have one emailed to me or something?
I am unable to find any relevant information about this and there is nothing related to that in any of my account settings.

The verification code is shown in the CAPTCHA right next to the "verification code" text box

There is no CAPTCHA next to the verication code text box.

Make sure you have an internet connection, are you behind a proxy?

I do not even see a place for a CAPTCHA to be located?

No, not behind a proxy, direct connection. Hard wired in via LAN.

I am running an older version of the software that is supposedly compatible with my Mavic Air. Can not afford to upgrade my drone to the Mavic Air 2 yet.

Maybe try reinstalling this version, for Windows try also changing application compatibility because your release may not be compatible with Win10 (CAPTCHA is located to the far right of the verification code input field but may be white and therefore invisible)

Seem the zip version has some problem, try download the exe version

yeah same for me. it used to work, but i installed a few new drivers on my pc today and i guess, that is why the captcha box doesn´t show up on all three assistant 2 apps anymore... i hope, it works at another pc, which is really a pain in the ar**...
