Hello there. I am sorry to read and to know that you are having issues with your DJI Osmo +. Kindly please try reset the said gimbal by the following these steps ( hold down the trigger and the record button and then the power button ). The said gimbal should then reset and turn back on. In addition, please try to wipe the copper sheet inside the battery compartment of the said gimbal and the battery contact with 95% alcohol and cotton swab. Let the alcohol air dry.
