I own two Phantom v+'s and had to have service on one when the gimbel stopped working after an update that I may have done incorrect, I told it to update the ZenI IMU along with the other updates and it killed the firmware and gimbel. DJI RMA it and replaced the gimbel and camera at no cost and was very good about it. Only problem was the 9weeks it took. This was before them enlarging the repair facility and moving. Still all in all a good experience and good customer service. I just had to be patient. |
