I connected my raveneye to rs2 and plugged in the usb c cable into camera/rss port onto rs2. If i do that i have no more access to the video preview inside ronin app.
If plug of camera control i have image transmission.

Everything is connected correctly.

NOTICE: A7C only have USB-C port no Sony Multi.

Please some advice to make everything work as expected would be great.

The problem is, that you can NOT use usb c + raveneye, it should be only one device. If you use Sony Multi cable than it's working, but a7C doesn't have it.

I’ve got a work around. No guarantees on how stable this is and the process needs to be repeated each time there is a disconnect from the gimbal (calibrating, etc.)
Set up the gimbal camera and Raveneye completely plugging in the HDMI and the two USBc cables and connect to Raveneye. With your camera in movie mode your phone will display a black screen.
On the A7C navigate to Network 1 > PC Remote Function > PC Remote and turn it off. Your phone should display the USB Mode MTP screen. Unplug the USBc cable the camera. Then on the camera navigate back to PC Remote and turn it back on. Plug the USBc cable back in to the A7C and you should now have a full video display on your phone with working active track.

EASIER SOLUTION WITHOUT UNPLUGGING CABLES

I'm happy to report that I have an even easier fix for this issue than what has been posted online thus far;

Step 1: Once everything is switched on [and set correctly!] and you get the black screen on the Ronin app, press the power button on the gimbal to put it in sleep mode.

Step 2: Press the play button on the a7c



Step 3: Lastly, press the power button on the gimbal to wake it up [take it out of sleep mode].

That's it! It's really that straight forward. No need to unplug cables like I've seen in other videos and posts online.

Hopefully DJI and Sony makes our lives easier so that we don't have to rely on these workarounds.

Note that the camera has to be in Movie mode for this fix to work.
