I don't understand, why you have to send out mails with the software?

Why can't you just produce a link to the newest firmware, and a description on how to get it onto the critter, like other companies do?

This is not rocket science, so what's the problem?

Hello, could I have a download link for the latest m firmware on the dji pocket 2?  I have a problem that after updating my phone one plus nord 2t 5g from android 12 to 13. All handle WiFi connection is not working for me.  The pocket 2 phone sees it and offers a pin even when connected.  But I won't connect, I'm at a loss, please help.

Hi there, you can follow the steps below to see if it helps.
1) Go to the DJI product’s “System settings > Wireless Connection > Wireless Info” to check the Wi-Fi SSID and password.
2) Go to the mobile phone’s “System Settings - WLAN Settings” and find the Wi-Fi corresponding to the DJI product. Enter the DJI product’s Wi-Fi password.
3) Then, launch DJI Mimo again and tap the product for usage.

Hi, I am facing issues with my Pocket 2 after firmware upgrade. Currently I am using firmware V01.03.00.10 but after this upgrade some camera features are missing and also footage quality decreased. I am using this camera for more than year and with older firmware I am satisfied with all my recording, but now it seems that something went wrong. Please DJI Wanda can you send me latest (V01.03.00.10) and previous (v01.02.00.50) firmware versions? It would be very helpful and kind from you so I can compare my recording side by side. @DJI Wanda, could you please send me the latest firmware update file. Thank you for your time and effort, much appreciated. While I do have to agree being unable to download the firmware via a support site seems a bit of a missed opportunity, perhaps it is to protect IP of DJI.
