Dear all,
We have received the new phantom 4 pro v2.0 and the controller that comes with the screen. We understand that it comes with DJI GO 4. Has anyone used this software to do mapping? I understand that there is a waypoint function in the app- can this be preprogrammed with coordinates?NB- i am back in the UK now and the drones are at my field site with my colleague. I tried to dl DJI Go 4 onto my smart controller with my mavic ent, but it won't work...

Hi Melissa ... DJI Go 4 doesn't do mapping.
For that you need a dedicated mapping app such as DroneDeploy.
The Phantom 4 pro is one of the best drones for mapping.
However the + model Phantom 4 pro with the integrated screen doesn't allow installing 3rd party apps.

You would need to acquire a normal v2.0 controller to be able to do mapping with your drone.

DJI Terra works with the Phantom Pro 4 V2.0 + (with screen on controller) if you are running it from a laptop
