Hi,

I have a Sony A6400 with a DJI RS2 with Raveneye,  I have installed the latest firmware also.

The problem I'm having is when I  press the record button from either the RS2 or the Raveneye app, both the camera and phone screen goes black and because of that I can't use activetrack also.

any help you can give is very appreciated. thank you.

Hi shehan, please use the Sony Multi cable instead of the Micro USB for the connection. See if that solves the problem.

Yes it worked when I switched to Sony multi cable. Now everything is fine. But the only problem is when I press the record button the camera screen goes black,

is there anything I can do about it.

Hello shehan, sorry for the belated reply. May I double confirm if the camera is set to 4K resolution? If so, please try to adjust the resolution to 1080P and see if it works.
