Hello there Sayco. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we please know if the firmware of your DJI Phantom 4 Pro is on its latest one and kindly please try to restore the camera settings on the DJI Go 4 application to see if the issue will still persist? Thank you.
If the firmware is in its latest update, what happens is that in a single flight half of the photos come out well and the other half come out with that shade of blue, and not if it is due to a problem of the camera itself, or something else is failing in the hardware. |
