Hi folks,

Need some help, getting the red "Aircraft Disconnected" bar at the top of the screen.

Quick flashing orange on the rear lights on the drone.

Have tried to relink the controller to the drone, no luck.  When I press "Remote Controller Linking"  it comes up with "confirm frequency settings?"

I have an old controller here,  I relinked that one to the drone no problem. So something has gone wrong with the controller?


Any help much appreciated.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm what is the firmware version for both Aircraft and remote controller? Also, kindly please try to connect the remote controller to the DJI Go 4 app on your mobile device then update the firmware to see if there are some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Many thanks, both are the latest firmware 01.04.03.00, no change still can't connect.

Hi problem solved changed transmission settings to auto and 2.4g and in business again.
