Bin Anfängerin mit der Mavic 3 und der Fly App. Aus mir nicht nachvollziebaren Gründen lassen sich Alle Sensoren nich nutzen. Hab Appversin 1.5.9 Firmware Fernsteuerung 04.13.0500  Fluggerät 01.00.0500.

During launch preparations, i.e. when the M3 is not yet in the air, obstacle detection is switched off...

... and even in the dark, these sensors do not work, they are switched off.

Ist nicht vorhanden. auch nicht wenn ich fliege. Aber erst seit heute. Vorher war alles ok.

...then simply uninstall from the smartphone and reinstall (...or do you use the DJI RC Pro...?).

Ich gebe das selbe Problem , finde aber keine Lösung

ich habe das GLEICHE PROBLEM.
Mini 3 pro keine Hinternisserkennung... Beim test hätte ich die Drone fast an die Wand gefahren.

DAnn hätte ich mir auch das billigere Model der Mini 3 kaufen können.

so kann das ja nicht sein.

Hello there. If the vision sensor is still unavailable after takeoff, please check the current flight mode is not "S" mode. If it is in another flight mode. Also please check whether the flying environment is well-lit, because if the environment is too dark. It will also cause the sensor not to work. It is recommended to test again in the daytime (with sufficient brightness). Have a great day.

Wurde am Tag getestet!!! und im C oder N Modus!!

Same Problem.

New Mini 4 Pro. Updated. Startet. NO Obstacle Sensors are working. Everything is switched on. Code: 1A0100C1 und Code: 1A420C40.

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Die Hinderniserkennung ist nicht aktiv, sagt der Controller. Funktioniert auch nicht. Alles ist eingeschaltet. Auch Tageslicht.
Direkt out of the box. Update gemacht. Und direkt Fehler.

Edit: Drohne beim Händler getauscht. Neue Drohne funktioniert einwandfrei. Scheinbar wohl ein Hardwarefehler (Kabel lose?)

Please note that this issue is caused by an error with the right downward vision sensor. If a specific drone does support the vision calibration on the DJI Assistant 2, it is recommended to calibrate first the aircraft to further isolate the issue. Regarding the DJI Mini 4 pro as this drone does not support the Vision calibration, we recommend sending the unit in for further diagnostics.
