is it normale that the osmo 5, when rotating, with fps lower than 60 creates some flicker?

I think it is normal.
My initial thought is that this has to do with the way camera's capture video.
It is just a stream of photo's and if the movement is too fast between the shots, it gets stuttery.
Try moving left to right (panning) very quickly and you will probably see the same effect.
The faster the shutterspeed, the less likely this will happen.
