Because electronic products are affected by technological developments and changes in usage requirements, each generation of products has a fixed life cycle. In order to continuously provide you with premium product and service experiences, DJI regularly optimizes resource allocations to promote the development and application of new products and technologies. We hereby inform you that we will stop providing support services for certain products and their accessories through periodic assessments. si no te deja calibrar no es por firmware, debe tener algun problema el equipo

DJI have blatantly let past customers down by refusing to assist persons like me who through no fault of mine is now left with a $2000 drone which is now useless: DJI can't tell me there is no firmware available somewhere on the net that will still work for a Phantom 4.

What it will take is a nice sizable class action suit against the company hitting them where it counts after it is investigated and found that this marketing strategy get customers to continually have to purchase the new device because of the cut off support and possibly mechanism to prevent the use of the previous models that most likely became useless after an updated firmware rendered them as such.

This Announcement was posted in July 2022. In this thread it was stated that

"Currently, we will update the EOS products regularly in this link:

and also this:

"Hi, there. We are sorry for the misunderstanding. "The M300RTK has been discontinued" means that the product is no longer in production, but we will still provide technical services. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

Yet no recent statement regarding this change of status for the M300 or any other aircraft has been released. When will an update be posted?

That table lists both "Product Suspension Time" and "Service Suspension Time".

It sounds as if you are saying that a product will not be listed there until its Service Suspension Time is known.

How are your valued Enterprise Users to know when a product is nearing suspension, which always occurs well before service is suspended? This information is very important for planning, budgeting, and purchasing purposes.

Yes, only products that are ended of service will be listed in the list above. We will continue to provide technical support for products that have not been ended of service.
