I have a question about the DJI Thermal Analysis Tool colour conversion between different colour palette.

• When exporting the thermal image in a different colour  palette, the radiometric data seems to be gone. Someone else cannot open  the exported image, even if there is no annotation done on it.
• DJI Thermal Analysis Tool is unable to open videos taken  from Mavic 2 EA thermal camera. How can we analyse the thermal videos  taken ?
• How can we read the Radiometric data in the RJPEG file ? For example, view in excel, or save as CSV file ?
