Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to reset the camera settings under your DJI Go 4 application> 3 lines (below the shutter button) > Gear Icon > Reset camera settings then check if the issue persists? For the gimbal issues, does this happens every time you fly the unit? Could you please try to perform the gimbal calibration to see if there are any changes? Please keep us posted. Thank you. |
