Can you please try to reset the camera settings under your DJI Go 4 application> 3 lines (below the shutter button) > Gear Icon > Reset camera settings then check if the issue persists? For the gimbal issues, does this happens every time you fly the unit? Could you please try to perform the gimbal calibration to see if there are any changes? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

You are making it very hard to look at your problem, uploading it to Dropbox and compressing it. Additional compression is not necessary, as the MPEG file is already compressed. Just upload it to YouTube.
