Hi everybody!

I need some help to understand the informations about my gimbal angle during my flight.

I uploaded my .DAT file on airdata and downloaded the .csv original file from there. I have 3 columns showing information about gimbal: gimbalRoll, gimbalPitch and gimbalYaw, which one is about the gimbal angle?

When I oppend the .csv file, the numbers in these 3 columns doesn't seen to be correct, because I oppend a file from a flight that I used the gimbal a lot time placed into 90 degrees down, and no columns shows -90 degrees.


I need this information about the gimbal because I need to calculate the total area sampled in a free flight in mountainous area.

Gimbal pitch is the angle.
Upload your Flight log .txt file.
Flight log is on the same device you used to fly AC.
It's a .txt file.

When you get the Phantomhelp summary report, click on the CSV link under the map window and look at that for gimbal data in column BD1.

Pitch relates to the up-down tilt
Roll relates to the sideways tilt
Yaw could be several things depending on what follows "yaw", if anything, but all related to the 'turn' of the gimbal or its compass heading.
