I am having some problems with my air 2s as it is showing 10 mins of flight time but having 96 percent of battery? Thanks for your help!!

That's definitely not normal.  How many charge cycles does that battery have?

It is brand new, only 1 cycle

Sounds like it might be time to contact DJI Support.  Could be a warranty issue for sure.
