Hey guys, just got my RS3 Mini and I'm getting some pretty disappointing performance. Anyone got any tips. I do have over 6 years of gimbal work and my calibrations say that my balance is "excellent" on all axis so I don't know why I'm still getting pretty bad up and down movement and just general unsmoothness. I also have an RS2 Pro which works great and don't have these issues. See sample video.
Some people have said that in-body stabilization could introduce issues but I've found that in previous gimbals ive used it help stabilize footage further. Can anyone confirm that SONY IBIS can actually make the RS3 Mini less steady?

Added some warp stabilization in post and it does look better but i think the footage should be more stable even without post IS right?

I have exactly the same problem. I used the rs3 and this gives perfect smooth footage. However, with the rs3 mini, I get a lot of shaking, especially when panning and walking at the same time. Did you manage to find a solution?
