Hi all, i start with new DJI RS3 PRO and Sony A7S3.

when i use the original firmware and DJI usb-c cable between the bottom port of DJI RS3 PRO and the Sony A7S3 everything works fine.
The Sony is battery powered on by the DJI RS3 PRO
(orange led light bright on Sony when is power that say the battery is chcarging and power icone when sony is powered on)
and I can use the battery from the dji to power on the Sony A7S3 and it works without problems. Very good.

After upgrade the DJI RS3 PRO Firmware i lost the power with the usb-C on my Sony A7S3.
If i downgrade firmware that do no help more.

t's a huge problem for me.

UPDATE
--------------
And yes i confirm what "ivanovbg" says for charging SONY with middle USB Type-C port

My working config:

DJI RS3 PRO (Beta Firmaware 01.00.02.00 latest at 22/01/2023)
SONY A7S3 (ILCE-7SM3 Ver. 2.11 latest at 22/01/2023)

SONY A7S3 settings :
(Green) Network > (1) Transfert / Remote > Ctrl w/ Smartphone > ON
(Green) Network > (1) Transfert / Remote > Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl > ON
(Green) Network > (4) Bluetooth > Bluetooth Function > ON
(Yellow) Setup > (10) USB > USB Power Supply > ON

1) Connect the DJI USB-C cable to the middle socket of the RS3 PRO and the other side to the USB-C port of the Sony A7S3
2) Power ON the Sony A7S3
3) Power ON DJI RS3 PRO
4) you can power on at the same time the DJI RS3 PRO (use usb-c input at the bottom of the BG30 grip)
with external power supply or external battery for have many hours of continous power

If you power off the Sony A7S3 or if the Sony is power off when the DJI RS3 PRO is power on , that do not work...
The Sony A7S3 use USB-C Power Delivery protocol and need 9V/2A or 9V/3A (Sony Documentation)

UPDATE #2
---------------
With this setup the Sony have the power symbol ON but in fact after some time, the battery level decrease....
DJI support say :

For the RS 3 PRO:
RSS Port: 5V/0.5A
Focus Motor Port: 5V or 8V/3A
Image Transmission/Focus Motor Port: 5V or 8V/2A

For the RS 3:
RSS Port: 5V/0.5A
Focus Motor Port: 5V/2A or 6-8.4V*/2A
Image Transmission/Focus Motor Port: 5V/2A

I go to retry with older firmware to test
V01.00.00.00
V01.00.01.00
V01.00.02.00 Béta

No more success the DJI RS3 PRO stay incompatible with SONY A7S3 Power System at 22/01/2023.

I think camera is suppose to plug into top usbc, middle is for focus motor and bottom is for Raven eye. That’s how it works with my setup anyway. I will have to see if it charges my camera though.

I have a V mount external battery. Can I charge the Ronin RS Pro 3 with it? I tried the USB to type-c, it can charge my cellphone but it doesn't charge the Ronin. Does it have to be a cable plugged into the battery's D-tap port to charge the Ronin?

I was also very surprised that the A6600 cannot be charged through the Multi-camera control cable (sony multi)
