Hi, I bought the gimbal today and updated the firmware to the beta version 01.00.02.00, unfortunately it gives me problems with the RavenEye, not seeing the camera preview in the gimbal display to use the active track function. How do I go back to the previous firmware version?

Click on the list in the upper left corner to enter the "About" page, click on the firmware version, press and hold the text of the firmware version for 5 seconds in "Firmware version", and then you can choose the version which you wish to downgrade to.

I tried to connect the RS3+Nikon Z6 + Raveneye. I can record the video by pressing rec button on Ravenscreen. However, I cant enable all functions of Raveneye such as Mobile force, Active track. I tried the latest software and also reset the gimbal to the original sw.
Could you please help me?

@Christophe_Y2k where do I downgrade? That instruction with the about list does not appear in my Ronin app.
