I've given up. Reinstalled everything, also with the dji assistant 2. nothing. new update not usable, as dji fly app is not updating. this is embaarrassing DJI. period.

I did the following:

1. Rolled RC Firmware back to V01.02.0300 then waited for OTA update - got V01.02.0400.
2. LOGGED OFF DJI ACCOUNT on RC then logged back on.
3. Tried to Roll back Aircraft- which got updated to V01.00.0500 via RC Pro which i also have.  Cannot roll back - probably because Remote ID is now permanent and cannot be turned off or rolled back.
3. Tried combinations with RC Pro, and RC switching through Air 2S, Mavic 3 and Mini 3 pro.
4. Went to bed; disgusted
5. Woke up and started doing everything again.
6. I jave wiped the RC at least a dozen times, rolled it back and forth from V01.02.0300 and zv01.02.0400.
7. No where, on planet earth and i assume in space, on the moon or any planet within 5 billion miles does the option for V01.02.0500 exist for DJI RC (RM330)
8. Think DJI pulled it for a bug they already let into the wild and is now installed on 75% of all Mini 3 Pro Aircraft
9. They will quietly re-release it, say nothing and hope people are just glad to

New update just added - takes RC firmware to 01.02.0600 and app version to 1.9.9

Yes! RC just updated and Fly app is now 1.9.9!

My RC just successfully upgraded to v1.9.9
Was indeed just a question of a bit of patience   :-)

zde přejděte na Firmware letadla N / A Zkontrolujte aktualizace a spustí se instalace nového firmwaru RC regulátoru.
Funguje a testuje

Update installed without issue to 1.9.9 and 01.02.0600.  Now good to go.

There was a problem?

On my RC I can update "Fly Safe data". But when I check for updates for Aircraft firmware I get this error message:"Server error. Wait a moment and try againd(Code 0x115000100001)".  Tried for a few days.

No, there is nothing wrong with my router. All other types of devices works well. And I could download the Fly Safe data. And I have been able to download Aircraft firmware on earlier occations.

EDIT April 13, 2023: Solved, sort of. - I logged out from my account on the RC (the one which came with the drone) and logged back in. So now everything updated as it is supposed to do. I got the proper notices about available firmware updates. Now on app version 1.9.9, Aircraft version 01.00.0500. RC firmware 01.02.0600. - And it works.

Same here, chatted with support and tried a few troubleshooting steps. None of them worked so they said they would submit my issue to their engineers. Mentioned to keep an eye on my inbox for updates.

Support should know that servers are not working as they should. I refreshed 10x than i got new update from DJI Assistant Application but download stay forever at 0%.
I try VPN i try different Internet service provider & 4G. Nothing helps.

I,m still on 1.9.4. Everything try, but allways got server error

I am unable to update to the latest DJI Fly appl

Currently I am on the following:

App version 1.9.4
Aircraft Version 01.00.0500
RC Firmware 01.02.0400

Whenever I try to update the firmware I get an update server error.

Would like to be able to update to the newer Fly app version for the new tripod settings.

Anybody have any suggestions? Are DJI servers down or have they pulled 1.9.9 of the Fly app as well? Would be nice if DJI support was not silent on any of this.

I am able to check for updates on the FlySafe database so I know I have connectivity to the DJI servers.
