Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please confirm if you were able to connect your DJI Osmo Mobile 6 to the DJI Mimo app? Please try to follow the troubleshooting steps below to possibly rectify the issue.
1. Please try to reset the gimbal's Bluetooth: Press the Switch Button, Shutter/Record Button, and Trigger at the same time and reset the Bluetooth connection.
2. Go to the mobile phone's Settings - Bluetooth List and omit the Bluetooth connection records.
3. Check whether the app firmware is the latest version, if not, please reinstall the DJI Mimo app on your mobile device.
3. If the issue persists, please try to use a different mobile device (iOS and Android, if possible) and try again. If the button still does not respond, please let us know.
