What do you mean by "obstructions"? Just in case you mean man made structures, I do NOT think their height increases any legal height limits. I believe AGL is strictly relative to the earth's surface. 400ft + tall man made structures do exist and, from purely an AGL consideration and ignoring FAA part 107 stuff in the USA, you are not, as far as I know, allowed to fly above them.
You can fly 15m above a structure, from what i read in the ANO BUT, one caveat i believe is that it should be a commercial flight with insurance—been a while since i read that mind, probably about 3 months now. |
