my RC working perfectly,  just went complely dead will not turn on or charge, tried all the fixes but no use, still under warranty

Hi there. We're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Are you using the DJI RC or DJI RC PRO (built-in screen) or just a standard remote controller? Thanks for your prompt reply I am using DJI RC with Mavic classic, controller will not respond to anything was working perfect then nothing, will post a video of problem later
