Hi there, may I know when did we ship the drone back to you? After the repair, you should be able to receive an email invitation to purchase DJI Care Refresh for the drone within 72 hours after we shipped the drone back to you. Please let me know if it is beyond 72 hours and your Inspire 2 repair case number, I will check it further.
