Hi. I have used the Osmo 3 with my Oppo 'Reno 4Z 5G· and when i use the story mode the video play back is fine. when i record on the video setting the saved videos oae jittery and in seem to be in slow motion. However if i press the filter button and then play they play normal. but I then cant sved them. any help would be greatful

Hi, Sly Sye. Thank you for reaching out. Can you please confirm if the video was shot using the DJI Mimo app? Also, is there visible vibration with the gimbal, or strong vibration is felt when holding the gimbal?

There is no judder or vibration.

The videos play on Google but not on my phone ?

And I was always using the Dji app
