Hi.

My remote now says Gimbal NA.

Camera feed is working, but gimbal does not level on startup also the camera focus is not working even if it is in AF mode.

I have replaced the cable that runs inside the gimbal, but the issue still remains.
What other options do i have of testing what could be wrong ?

I would have to send it to denmark. Would be very expensive.

If the gimbal cannot perform the self-check and does not work after powering on:
Please export the gimbal logs from DJI Assistant 2. If the file size of the log is 0 kb, it indicates that there is no gimbal firmware, and there may be an error with the software. If the file size of the log is larger than 0 kb, there may be an error with the hardware. Either way, we highly suggest sending back the drone for repair.
