I have my DJI OM 5 but nobody want to make effective the Warranty.

Has the motors locked upside with text (Protected motor)

There is no way to downgrade firmware from pc or App. Also no body is answering whats happeing with this issue, there are hundreds of persons asking for solution in diferent forums and youtube videos.

I thought Zhiyun was a %&*+~$# on services repair but looks like DJI Want to compite with Zhiyun to see whos worst at warranty services.

Im in colombia Bogota. No one wants to take care of repair or change it even if warranty is active.

To bad, never gonna buy again this products of this companys.
