These are my first videos with use of Osmo Mobile 6. Could you please advise how could I improve video quality?

A bit late to the party, but your videos look quite choppy.
Did you do anything to them (editing)?

Never too late! Videos are without any editing. I used a Samsung phone for recording.

Not every model is.

Are you using the Mimo or your native Android camera app?  If you are using Mimo I'd recommend you use the native app.  The gimbal will still work fine, you just can't use the tracking.

I have the same problem when I record a video it looks like the video is recorded in slow motion in my opinion is in some model of samsung (in my case Samsung A12) Mimo doesn´t work properly

I think is better to use samsung native camera or other app  but I have the problem quality of video
