Hi, vanelli. We're sorry for the inconvenience. After verification, due to the change of the live streaming agreement of the Facebook platform, the current Facebook live streaming will be restricted or interrupted abnormally.

At present, the usage will be affected in the short term. We recommend to use other platforms for live streaming temporarily. At the same time, we will speed up the improvement of the situation. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Is this issue being addressed and fix? The entire purpose of purchasing this was for livestreaming.

Ensure that you have the latest version of the DJI Osmo Action 4 app installed on your smartphone. Developers often release updates to fix bugs and improve compatibility. Make sure that the app has the necessary permissions to access your Facebook account. You may need to go into your device's settings and check the app permissions for both the DJI Osmo Action 4 app and your Facebook app. Try to disconnect your Facebook account from the DJI Osmo Action 4 app and then reconnect it. This can often resolve login-related issues. Go to your Facebook account settings and ensure that the DJI Osmo Action 4 app is authorized to livestream. Facebook sometimes changes its policies and settings, so it's a good idea to review this. Ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection. Livestreaming requires a good upload speed, so if your internet connection is weak, it can cause issues.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Regretfully, the DJI OM 4 currently does not support the DJI Mimo app livestream function. We recommend that you directly use other live streaming platform apps to obtain better functionality. At this point, the gimbal can keep stable and ensure view stabilization. We appreciate your understanding.
