Is there a way to stream directly to a hdmi monitor without mimo?

1. uvc output
2. rtmp output
you can turn uvc to hdmi . it is wire connection.
of course, when you use rtmp to hdmi idea, it will be wireless connection

I've tried cables, adapters and more with my Pocket 3 but no success with it.

it is possible to use on your Smartphone the Mimo App. Some Smartphonse supports via USB-C an HDMI output (like some Samsung Smartphons), in this case, you will have an HDMI stream from your P3 ;-)
I use this config solution in combination with XR glasses (I hav an Viture One XR glass - works perfect).
