Question description is the same as the title, is it possible to connect to ethernet through the USB-A connector at the top of the remote to send/receive data?

Yes you can I just tested it with the USB C port.

The RC Pro Enterprise also works. Wifi was turned off during both speed tests.

I have no idea but this is just a cheap Amazon basics adapter here. It all depends on what DJI included in their custom Android kernel.
