If you ever exchanged forum points to credit, did you receive the full value of your points? DJI claims that 1,800 forum points = $10 (or 10 DJI credits... whatever).

When in June I exchanged 3,600 points, instead of 20 credits, I received 14.41. I had a few posts marked as "DELETED" so I figured maybe they deducted points for those.

A few days ago I exchanged 1,800 points and instead of 10 credits I received 7.21

I have already contacted support about this, I just wondered if anyone else encountered similar issues where you didn't get the full credits for the exchanged points.

I think they just use a naff exchange rate for us outside the US.

There do seem to be inconsistencies with exchange rates.

Hmmm. ok. I didn't know they go by exchange rates. For some reason I assumed that 10 credits is 10 credits, regardless of the currency in question. Still, they must've found the lowest and worst possible exchange rate conversion because 10 USD is about 9 something EUR and not 7.21.

Yeah, I'm not sure when they pinned the exchange rates, but they have been the same for as long as I'm on this forum.

Wish they would update the exchange rate to something more realistic, I left a question about it after checking the actual USD to EUR exchange rate. Will see what they will reply.

They are using exchange rates from 10 years ago. The last time the rate was 0.72 was May 9, 2014 - according to the EU Central Bank.
