Hi. Thank you for waiting. The video only shows how to fill in the corresponding options for European models with RID, which means his aircraft model supports RID, but DJI Air 2S does not support RID currently in the EU. Have a nice day.

Update: Please rest assured that your drone can fly compliantly in A1 and A3 environments and does not need to apply for a label. There is no plan for mini 3 p to have an RID function, as the model is not C1-3 qualified. I hope this information helps. Thank you for your support.

We have a Mavic 2 Pro, and to fly in STS we need DRI in Spain. Please, as you have added it for USA, do it for Europe.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Sorry, you cannot apply for the Cx certification for the drone. However, you can fly the unit in the A3 environment. We appreciate your understanding.

So, it's the end of the road for our M2P?

So if understood correctly, DJI refuses to update our Mavic 2 Pro/ Zoom to new EASA regulations.
So we can fly only in A3 based on their instructions.
Great customer service and care.
We are not talking for entry level low cost drone.

I guess the only option will be to add an external transponder. They’re refusing to update our machines.

Hello,
In Europe starting 1.1.2024, all drones (including C0 drones) operated in “Specific” category have to transmit EASA-compatible remote ID. Would be possible to enable it for Mini 4 Pro, or Mini 4 Pro is completely useless for operating in “Specific” category?
