As DJI created Hyperlampse speed ramp, with a switch for real time 1.0X. what are the chances they offer a setting to switch to SLOW Motion.

If you record a high frame rate video (eg 120, 200, 240) you can play back the video at any point with real time or slow motion speed. For example, QuickTime Player automatically detects that you have a high frame rate video and places 2 points for entry/exit on the playhead that you can drag. Outside of the points the video will play back at normal rate, inside of the points it will play back slow motion. At the given points the video will ease-in/out.

Maybe other player software also has this functionality.
