Hi all and happy new year - still counts
I am fairly new to the gimbal world and purchased the RS3 recently.

I uploaded a video of a specific gimbal movement and I am wondering if the observed collapse, especially when moving to the left, is considered to be normal.
The gimbal is balanced and the selected mode is PF. When having the front button pressed, below the scroll wheel, it feels the collapse is hardly there.

Is there anyone who experienced this as well or is there anyone from the DJI team who can confirm this to be normal or not?

Many thanks,
Jonathan

Hello, there. We checked your video and your questions.
In the video, your operation exceeds the controllable range of the Roll axis. If you want to tilt the roll axis to the left or right, we recommend you tilt it within ±30°. If the Roll axis and Pan axis almost overlap, then the gimbal will change from three-axis stabilization to two-axis stabilization, which loses one axis and thus will cause some abnormal vibrations or shakings.
For this operation, we recommend you lean your body to tilt the gimbal instead of just moving the handle.
