A big fan of these forums for when I need something answered. Usually, the question has not only been asked but also answered. In this case, it has been asked but I would love some follow up advice. After enabling audio on my DJI FPV, I am looking for the best software, method, etc, to remove the propeller audio whilst maintaining the natural audio of the environment. What is the most feasible way to do so? I use Wondershare Filmora (version 12) for my post-editing process.

There is no way to do this. The noise overpowers the ambient sounds.
What I usually end up doing is making a field recording of the location where I'm flying before or after my flight and put that under the video footage.
I use a simple Zoom H1N with wind cap for that.
