Hi, I'm having a problem with my DJI RS3- the gimbal is off balance when all the motors are locked and when unlocked, horizontally it is off-balance frequently.

I have spent hours re-balancing, calibrating and auto-tuning every single axis, and for some reason it is still not straight and is even worse when I am moving around in order to get shots in with the gimbal.

Do I have a defective product? This is a brand new item that I only bought a couple days ago and have not taken outside at all yet.
