There logo is unmistakably Huge. This area has 4 fields. I only got 1 shot over the stadium before I was asked to leave. They were going to start practice.

The schools revolve around the television revenue. It fuels scholarships for the students.  Soccer doesn't have enough scoring and violence for America's Attention Deficit Disorder. I don't know why Rugby never caught on here.

Our annual 6 Nations tournament is about to start on 2February.
A round-robin lasting a couple of months.
Rugby Union. It's immensely popular.

It certainly looks like a good amount of money was put into the stadium and it appears to be really well maintained.  Speaks well for the eighth oldest college in the US.

Thats handy otherwise it would be fairly embarrassing to see that stadium looking empty.

To nobody's surprise, football is the sport that is most responsible for total sports revenue.  For example, at the University of Texas, the school with the most revenue from athletics ($182 million), 70% comes from football.  Here's a chart that shows the average revenue by sport at FBS schools.

Wow, I didn't realize there was that much of a difference between first and second. I wouldn't have guessed basketball as second either.

I think we both knew football would be #1 but I was also surprised at the difference between #1 and #2.  Even if you add men's and women's basketball together they still fall $22M behind football.

If you add all the others up it probably doesn't equal football.
