1st off, I am in the UK, please bear that in mind...
I am looking for a case for the Action 4, it needs to be able to hold the Action 4 quick release when not attached to the camera (or case), i.e. the quick release has its own cutouts, there are plenty on the market that say they will fit the action 3 & 4 combo's but its clear to see that the quick release holes are for the Action 3's quick release, therefore, the quick release for the Action 4 will not fit in the pre-cut holes.

Here is a good example, i was about to order but decided to ask a question on Amazon, 2 came back saying they fit, one says they do not and that its a design flaw, to me its obvious they don't fit...

Therefore, which case do you use, please?
I do not mind waiting if it means ordering from Temu or Ali Express as long as it is actually for the Action 4, thank you
