Hi there, we are sorry for the issue. Based on the video, the sound is not normal, you may need to send the unit back to DJI for further service. If you just received the unit and purchased it from the local dealer, you may try to contact the dealer to see if they can help you with the replacement directly.
If you purchased it from DJI Store and it is within 15 days of receiving the product, you can file a replacement case here https://www.dji.com/support/repair, or use the repair service if it is beyond 15 days of receiving. Thank you. |
