The stock photo used in the article by the BBC looks like a Martech Vidyo.
And yet in the text, they state:

The drone was a small one, which did not require a licence.

Typical journalistic misleading.

They got caught for publishing the flight video which geeksvana shows here but I dont recognise the app.
