I'm not sure if there is (or not). I have at least not encountered it, but I'm not active in these groups either.

For me I read the CAA proposals and consultations where those discussions would matter,   for sheltered operations just makes perfect sense.

Not necessarily,    basically if you're in a NFZ in a city you should be able to fly between buildings as aircraft are not going to be be there,  or in a garden but lower than the house and trees around it.

Im not sure that a NFZ is there to protect against a flyaway more a collision with manned aircraft or fireworks or insert NOTAM reason here. .

I know, but if you fly between buildings (which would be fine for planes above) and suddenly your drone goes on holiday, the likeliness of hitting a plane is probably too big.

I still feel that does not cover the concern of flyaways where the drone can end up flying higher than 'in between buildings' and collide with air traffic that is flying low there.

True,  but modern drones and so unlikely to fly away the odds have to be pretty low.

From what I have heard, that is why we don't have this in NL.

They do make weird regulations sometimes, so it would not surprise me if they had.
