I just recently updated the mic 2 firmware from my OP3 combo. Now I can set the auto off feature.

As I got an osmo Action 4 camera and I use to sync the same mic2, I cannot set the same feature in the OA4. Went to check the dowmload section and I can see there's a mic 2 firmware update too. has a previous realase date than the one for the OP3 so big question

Do I need to run that firmware to use the auto off in both cameras? Feeling I'm gonna mess up the mic 2

Hi there. The Mic 2 firmware from Action 4 and Pocket 3  download center is the same. To enable or disable this feature you can swipe down from the top edge to enter the Control Menu, select Transmitter Settings, and swipe left to locate Transmitter Auto off, then enable it. Have a nice day.
